Kick start the morning in this upbeat, mood-boosting Pilates class in Kilvert Hall which will help build strength, tone and mobility for an overall feeling of wellbeing.
A restorative brunch
Refuel before the next session with smoked bacon brioche sliders, avocado on rye with chilli and caraway, and toasted sourdough topped with pear, blackberry and vanilla cream cheese.
Led by VERDEN’s Luke McSwiney, this grounding session includes a brief introduction to mindful breathing, followed by gentle guidance through four different breathing techniques — connect, relax, sleep and balance. The practice includes some deeply relaxing inhalations of VERDEN’s natural herbal balms in between breaths.
