Join us for a day of festivities as we ring in the Christmas season with a foraged wreath-making workshop, gin masterclass and some warming winter treats.

10.30am-1.15pm

How to make a foraged wreath with Hannah Berry

Forage in our woods and gardens for your own natural foliage and organic decorations, before a dried wreath-making workshop and restorative hot toddy in Kilvert Hall.

1.15pm-2.15pm

A bite to eat

Stop and recharge with a hearty winter bowl such as hay-smoked venison loin, miso mushroom lasagne and truffle chanterelles, and poached cinnamon gooseberries with oat crumble.

2.15pm-4pm

DIY Christmas gin

Our in-house mixologist shows you how to craft your own winter warmer using seasonal fruit and spices in this Fitz Bar masterclass.
